Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi silme

Hano hesabınızı istediğiniz an, uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.

Hano'yu açın ve Ayarlar sekmesine gidin.
En alttaki Veri ve Hesap bölümünde Hesabımı Sil'e dokunun.
Onaylayın — hesabınız ve verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir.

E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebiniz 30 gün içinde tamamlanır ve size bilgi verilir.

Neler silinir?

Hesabınız ve profil bilgileriniz (e-posta, ad)
Sahibi olduğunuz haneler ve bu hanelerdeki tüm gelir/gider kayıtları
Üyesi olduğunuz hanelerdeki üyelik kaydınız (hanenin kendisi ve diğer üyelerin verileri silinmez)
Abonelik/entitlement kayıtları

Önemli: Hesabınızı silmek, App Store / Google Play aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Ücretlendirmeyi durdurmak için aboneliğinizi ayrıca mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin.

Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Silmeden önce Ayarlar → Verilerimi İndir ile verilerinizin bir kopyasını alabilirsiniz.

Account

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your Hano account at any time, right from the app.

From within the app (recommended)

Open Hano and go to the Settings tab.
Under Data & Account at the bottom, tap Delete My Account.
Confirm — your account and data are permanently deleted.

By email

If you can't access the app, send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account to [email protected]. Your request will be completed within 30 days and you will be notified.

What gets deleted?

Your account and profile details (email, name)
Households you own, including all income/expense records in them
Your membership record in households you joined (the household itself and other members' data are not deleted)
Subscription/entitlement records

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store / Google Play subscription. To stop billing, also cancel the subscription in your store account's subscription settings.

Deletion is irreversible. Before deleting, you can take a copy of your data via Settings → Export My Data.
