Kullanım Koşulları

  1. Hizmet. Hano, kişisel ve hane bütçesi takibi için bir araçtır. Sunulan hiçbir içerik finansal, yatırım, vergi veya hukuk tavsiyesi değildir.
  2. Hesap. Doğru bilgi vermekle ve hesabınızın güvenliğinden (şifre) siz sorumlusunuz. Hane sahibi, haneye davet ettiği üyelerin hane verilerini görebileceğini kabul eder.
  3. Abonelikler. Pro ve Max abonelikleri aylık veya yıllık olarak App Store / Google Play üzerinden tahsil edilir ve dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir. İlk 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme, deneme bitmeden iptal edilirse ücretlendirilmez. İptal, mağaza hesap ayarlarından yapılır; mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar erişim sürer. İadeler mağaza politikalarına tabidir.
  4. AI Asistan. Asistan çıktıları otomatik üretilir ve hatalı olabilir; kayıtlarınızı doğrulamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
  5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım. Hizmeti hukuka aykırı amaçla, tersine mühendislikle veya sistemlere zarar verecek şekilde kullanamazsınız.
  6. Sorumluluk sınırı. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk, yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde sınırlıdır.
  7. Değişiklikler. Koşullar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden duyurulur.
  8. Uygulanacak hukuk. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

  1. Service. Hano is a tool for personal and household budget tracking. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
  2. Account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for the security of your account (password). A household owner accepts that invited members can see the household's data.
  3. Subscriptions. Pro and Max subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through the App Store / Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period. The first 7 days are a free trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. Cancellation is done in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to store policies.
  4. AI Assistant. Assistant output is generated automatically and may contain errors; verifying your records is your responsibility.
  5. Acceptable use. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer it, or harm its systems.
  6. Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is"; liability for indirect damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  7. Changes. These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced in the app.
  8. Governing law. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
